All orders are confirmed through phone or email after reviewing customer requirements. Once confirmed, the products are prepared and delivered or made available for pickup as discussed.
2. Returns & Replacements
We strive to ensure the highest product quality. However, if a product is found to be damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery, customers may request a replacement or return within 7 days of purchase.
Returns are only accepted for unopened and unused products in original packaging.
